Process Analyst

In the Czech Republic, we have two divisions – Cardif Pojišťovna and Cardif Services, which primarily focuses on the development of key software for insurance companies within continental Europe. Other services such as development and valuation of insurance products, HR, optimization and unification of processes or management accounting are an integral part.

For Cardif Services we are looking for Process analyst. This role is offering you a chance to become the key person to evaluate processes, uncover areas for improvement and develop and deliver solutions. Within the Central Europe Operations department, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to the processes, sourcing and transformation management agenda of the CEE region (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria).

This role covers following activities

  • Standardize and facilitate alignment of processes among the countries of Central Europe and take into account process improvement opportunities.
  • Bring and suggest new ideas how to implement digitalization and automation into processes.
  • Manage and facilitate process standardization activities for Operations.
  • Review new and existing processes, resources and systems.
  • Perform gap analysis and identify potential quick wins.
  • Define process differences among the countries and prepare proposals for Performance Management Committee.
  • Provide regular reporting to Performance Management Committee for all process standardization efforts.
  • Contribute to the KPI definition of standard processes.
  • Contribute to the transformation of CEE countries by the implementation of unified target operating model.
  • Take responsibility as a project manager for entrusted projects.

Your profile

  • At least 3 years in similar position (experience in insurance or banking industry is an advantage)
  • Experiences in Processes transformation, Processes methodology, definition, description & standardization
  • Green Belt Certification
  • Fluent in Czech and advanced in English language
  • Interest in new technologies, digitization, robotization
  • Strong analytical, organisation and communication skills
  • Ability to work in multi-cultural environment.
